These are remittances services used to send money from one country to another with sender paying a fee and with certain limits. All you need to do is find an agent and go there with your cash and the details of the person you are sending to. Money will be available at the other end within minutes. As far as I know the cash-in-store is irreversible so you should only send to people you trust. Once money is collected on the other side its gone.

why would that be possible? it's reversible, i think i ll need to do it with cash i take from atm, or use neteller and proof my identity and that the funds come from a merchant
