Hi,

I've created a Federal Reserve of WIP centralized coin (parity with $0) - see this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=896826

This has several interesting characteristics, and is intended to be an inflationary Federal Reserve system by fiat.  Discussion and debate are welcome here.
