I tried asking this question on Xapo's help website, by going to "help", and then to "contact us" but it will not let me submit the question... I hit submit and nothing happens, the website just scrolls up...
Problem is:
I have a wallet and now amy trying to verify my identity...
I type in my address...
When I type in my City, state and country, the box deletes my entry...
Anyone have any idea what is wrong? Or at least how to get in contact with someone who does?
I've tried a different web browser, same problems.

My name is David, Community Manager at Xapo. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Do you mind providing me with more detail? When you type your city, is your city information showing on the drop-down menu? If so, that is how your location registers through Xapo's system. Please wait a few seconds when typing your city for it to appear from the list, then select it from the list instead of trying to enter it manually. If that doesn't work, do you have an ad-blocker on your browser? If so, please disable this and it will allow Google Maps to recognize your location!
