I know this is a few months late, but I haven't seen this discussed much on the forum.

Here’s How it Works

Once you’ve placed your order by clicking the “Order Now” button, select Bitcoin as your payment option. Transactions will be processed through Coinbase, however the Bitcoins can come from any source. Payments will be settled in US dollars.

Fiverr is expensive compared to Crowdflower, amazon turk, or simiar micro tasking sites.

Fiverr is more for small jobs like graphic designs, voice overs etc. whereas micro tasking sites ask you to do extremely easy low paying jobs like surveys etc.

For $5 you can get some good quality stuff from fiverr.

It is good to know that fiverr accepts bitcoin. That is awesome because fiverr is one of the best place to get small job done. With ability to use bitcoins to fiverr there many tasks can be done.
