Not only just BTC acceptance, but also spending it in BTC is important, rather than dumping at some exchange.

Yes, it's nice to see more places accepting coinage for products, tho I don't think those that are in the market for used mattresses will have any btc to pay with. Cheesy

I hear about more and more people sending money overseas using bitcoin. One of my friends asked a friend to order something for him and he paid him back in bitcoin.

bitcoin is great about that, pricing needs to be more stable

when you use coinapult, you can lock the bitcoin value. circle will do the same in the future for sure.

So far adoption has gone a long way toward killing the price Wink
That said, agree adoption is the only way to get the benefits of the technology out there in the mainstream

One of the very last things you'd want to buy used is a mattress. Might as well pick up some used underwear and a used toothbrush as well.

I hope one day amazon and ebay will follow and do the same the same. That means almost everything we can buy using bitcoin.

Let's hope so, I would like to see every company that conducts its business over the net to have BTC as a payment option, it would make the shopping on the Internet so very easy for everyone.

Prices are not good, but this has been a great year for adoption. Overstock, Paypal, Microsoft and soon they will be competing to implement Bitcoin as a payment method.
