Cant access my account!!!

Hey all, I have over £100 worth of bitcoins in my bitcoin fog account but ever since I deposited the coins and withdrew them, bitcoin fog says my login credentials are invalid!?!? I know 100% that I am using the right details but why can't I login? My bitcoins did not arrive at the address I sent them to either and its been 2 days. What is going on??
