are there any reviews of these things and whether they actually work?

I'd like an extra debit card just for emergencies, would be cool if I could load it with Bitcoin.

Bitcoin credit card is not needed for a pump on the market, it's good for making Bitcoin usable in our daily lives and securing Bitcoin's position in the future.
