both aren't recommended, faucets give you a very low earning so they are just a waste of time, while mining will cost you more to buy mining hardwares than your earning from that.

You have many way to earn bitcoin. Here there are some example that you can adopt for earn in good way:

1) I see that you're new, so, you can try to earn something with faucet. See qoinpro.com, or freebitco.in.
2) There are many signature campaign for newbies in this forum, sign in some of that and earn !
3) If you have some money, invest in something, or invest in bitcoin and then HODL for better time to sell

I wouldn't really recommend either of these.

They're not worth your time.

If you have an initial investment, you can learn to trade and make some off of that.

If you have services you can sell, it might help.

The sig campaigns, as others mentioned, are okay.

I agree, faucets aren't really worth your time without a lot of referrals.

Other people usually look for writers or programming-related jobs.
