Almost all the alts have crashed in value since January, and the chart shows peercoin is no different. Why should we expect it to rally now?

Agreed, PPC and LTC are in the same boat as Doge. Not sure what the future holds for these coins though. My general perception of peercoin is that most people like it because it's still very popular to mine. I think Charles Lee is holding back Litecoin development, he's always bashing other altcoins calling them gimmicks. I think coins like Monero and Darkcoin are better coins than PPC and Litecoin. Not sure what it would take to make PPC a better coin, but it needs something...

People once used to say that bitcoin was worthless - look where it is now. In my opinion coins like LTC, PPC and maybe even DOGE will gain value in the future because they each brought something new to the table. People are obessed with bitcoin at the moment but if/when it gains mainstream adoption the attention will move to alts, i believe there is room for more than one cryptocoin out there.

You shouldnt expect anything, the video just gives some background info about peercoin and why it could be a good coin to buy IF you choose to buy it. I don't give financial advice.

It all depends on Bitcoin. If it goes up or down altcoins will follow, the question is will the current altcoin holders keep their coins when bitcoin reaches new high or maybe sell to buy some BTC...
