i have send a refund request to admin@pbmining.com about 5 hours, but pbmining.com never reply me anything. Hi, you have to be patient as a little bird told me it's a one man operation (still not sure if I believe this or not) and although they do take their time, they will get back to you. I had several requests sent to them and thought I was being ignored, then all of a sudden they started comm's with me and my requests were sorted, they must have quite a few emails on that old admin address lol. I wouldn't like to be the one to go through them all if it is just the one person

I would say that it would generally be expected for an email inquiry to take more then 5 hours (24 hours would be a general goal for most companies). What is the reason you are asking for a refund?

on Sunday i got my payment from pb mining
It's common knowledge that people have been paid, it's also common knowledge that the payments are 5-10% of what you should actually be receiving. On the up side, you have a little payment and they have not stopped completely which would be a complete violation of PB's contract, as it stands they are paying. As far as my knowledge stretches, they are not breaking their contract at the moment. On the down side, they are making customers very irate and angry at them for the 90-95% reduction in payouts and not much explanation or communication. I think many would be upset but will accept that if payments get higher and higher back up to 100% then it can be taken out of the ponzi category, or maybe it's a new kind of ponzi and other ponzi's will see this strategy as a way of getting short bursts of huge income whilst only slightly damaging their reputation and keeping the company going with customers settling for "well they didn't pay us for a while or they paid very little but at least they're back up and running" and so the conversations will eventually die down.........very clever!!! Food for thought

The best part of this thread is great Poll. And I would be greatly amused if PB mining ever refund anything to anyone. You need to get over it and move one. Unfortunately. That is what you get for investing in company without an address.
