Sell on eBay? On a website?
"ALL SALES FINAL" or AS IS- Put that on your auctions or website.
I sell on eBay, precious metals and expensive assets, everything is as-is and no returns accepted.
Would you imagine refunding 10 ounces of Gold you'd never get to touch again? #PointMade
Anyone can take a broken miner out of their mine and claim you sent it to them.
Bad customers prey on your good-businessman nature and take advantage of that fact to get free stuff.
Who's to say the differ, you'd never tell, it's burnt, open the card lol
I wouldn't take it back especially if I stated that I didn't take return.
Even CC companies cannot go beyond another company's advertised return policies; just like they have to comply to return policies.
Sellers cannot sell burnt miners either, we know but this would be debatable and CC companies know of conniving measures to get free stuff.
If you offer returns, well, you're asking to give free stuff... sorry to say but you pay to learn.
Take it as a life lesson, you got screwed, just like many other have in this market.
I gave you all the knowledge to not get screwed again. "All sales final, no returns, as-is sale"
Fail to plan = plan to fail
I hope this serves as an example to other mining equipment sellers.
Most people are honest but lots of crooks out there; the one crook will take your profit from the other 100.
