There is a English version of BTC38 located here http://btc38.com/trade_en.html It's abit shady if you ask me i deposited and after 48 hours and 15 tickets they finally sorted it but it was not a nice wait... Proceed with extreme caution!!

I would appreciate a thumbs up or a turnip for being mr helpful, Thank you please

They have insane volume, they averaging around 1 million USD and sometimes even more.I believe they are the biggest altcoin exchange. Ripple and Stellar were recently pumped there.I just need some who speaks Chinese.Anyone who can help?
