GoCoin acceptance problems

I am trying to setup 2 price methods my default is for my home country. The problem is that when I go to check out it gives me this error
Unexpected payment error
Unfortunately your order could not be processed at this time.

Cannot create invoice. base_price_currency is invalid.

I am not sure where to edit the currency code in the system so as to get my local currency accepted.
