Light's Collateral Loan
Terms:1) Maximum of 7 day request
2) Each day is 2.5% fee of initial loan
3) Up to a maximum of .15 BTC per person
Collateral Terms:1) Alts must be older then 5 months (May not accept your alt if its too unstable even if older) *I accept Clams at 130%
2) Must give 120% the collateral of request
3) If collateral value falls to 100%, I request either a 20% payment of BTC towards due payment or 20% collateral fill. If not refilled within 24 hours
I reserve the right to sell the remaining collateral. Do note if collateral ever falls to 75%, I reserve the right to immediately sell the whole collateral regardless of time, its your responsibility to make sure it doesn't ever go below 75%.
3) Each day your late its a 5% fee
4) Escrow is fine, you must pay all escrow fees
No collateral Terms:1) Must be extremely trusted
2) Must be Senior or higher.
3) Max is .05 BTC
4) Each day is 3% fee /7.5% late fee daily
