If there are enough bets, then amazing streaks will happen frequently.
That the site posted it themselves makes it seem more likely to be true as they can probably just search for streaks and post them when they happen getting them a nice bit of advertising!

If you can have 20 consecutive losses, why is 5 consecutive wins surprising?

I really like this site too. The only reason I don't play there is I don't like their minimum withdrawal limit which is 0.02
I prefer to withdraw whenever I want without any restrictions.

I only have maybe 3-4 consecutive wins there. I am not talking about small bets here.
