Which one is the safest /looking/ exchange?
Needs to be:
-in the western world
-funds insured
-backed by known investors
-traceable offices and staff
Doesn't need to be a trading platform, but should enable the average guy to safely buy/sell his BTC.

Could you recommend one that ticks these?
(Circle? Coinbase?)

Are there any exchanges with all funds insured? I didn't think there were any because it would be impossible for them to get insurance. I'd like to know about any that are insured.
