I live on western Long Island, very close to NYC. I'd like to meet someone who would be willing to do cash transactions and charge me the exchange rate or close to the exchange rate. As of yet, I've been averaging about $100 worth of BTC once every 3 weeks. I also recently heard about https://www.cointouch.com/ How do bitcointalk users feel about that site?

Coinbase makes you wait 5 days unless you add a Visa credit card. I would assume it was the same for Circle.

Circle is the same and they only allow $100 instant per week
