Hello,

I tried making a purchase today on BitcoinStore.com and got through the checkout process. It gave me a BitPay invoice asking for .9416 BTC. I used Bitcoin-qt to pay to the address that BitPay asked, however the invoice never changed to paid. In addition BitcoinStore never let me click the place order button because "you have not yet paid." I am now missing my Bitcoins, have no product and the transaction was confirmed multiple times. I tried calling both BitPay and BitcoinStore but they are both closed. What can I do to get my Bitcoins or my product?

Thanks

Put a ticket: https://support.bitpay.com/requests/

Bitpay answer:

We've experienced a problem on our end today. We are in the process of resolving it now. It is likely that your invoice will be completed as soon as the issue is resolved. We will follow up with you at that time to be certain. Thanks for your patience.

Bitpay is quite reliable and they have always fixed any (rare) problems that occur. The last problem I had was a customer overpayment and they fixed it fast.  Contact them and be patient.

Yeah, as much as I hate to revive a thread that is over a year old. I would like to say this, since I am an API programmer.

If this is a continuing thing that I have to contact BitPay for a refund on orders, the API has been destroyed. This seems to be a very possible lets act like PayPal scheme that may or may not be in the best interest of purchasers. There is no reason why I should have to contact BitPay over my money to get it back for a transaction I made in a system that doesn't even allow this middleman crap in the API.

You better watch your ass, because the middlemen are starting to get comfortable squatting.
