The crypto community needs to be aware this is happening cause if it happened to PayCoin (PYC) then anybody with money and expensive lawyers can come and steal the namebrand and identity of any alt-coin where devs couldn't afford high-priced lawyers.

Reportedly, Homero Josh Garza lied on his trademark application [about the first use] for the name PayCoin, which is the only way he could hijack the name, identity and brand of the Original PayCoin.

If Josh Garza and GAWminers succeed it will set a dangerous precedent for all crypto-coins, opening the floodgates for stealing and destroying the hard work of many crypto-developers.

Don't let the rich late-comers and bankers destroy and pervert crypto.

This issue has been resolved with Josh Garza having the legal rights to the PayCoin name and brand!

I received a letter from the US trademark office stating that my protest against Mr. Garza's Trademark application was denied.

Therefore, Mr. Garza has a legal right to the PayCoin name and brand.

I will close this thread now as it would be libel to continue down this path at this point.

Good luck to Mr. Garza and XPY!
