http://www.confirmnext.com/ConfirmNext lets you set bounties on unconfirmed transactions that will be paid out to the miners that include the transaction in a block. We've all been there - creating a transaction with accidental 0 fees attached and then watching it not confirm for hours. With ConfirmNext, you can pay for a transaction even after you send it!
At the moment this is still a work in progress - no pool is supporting the project yet. I just wanted to let everyone know that something like this exists so we can determine how much interest there is in this project. If you want to use this service in the future, ask your pools to support this and spread the word
