I just got an e-mail with the subject "Sign up to pay with PayPal at participating retailers."

Is this new, or has it been around for a while?  I think I read an article on this sometime in the past months or year(s)?

If it's not new, then is anyone using it?  How do the fees compare to credit cards?

Comments/thoughts?

I've never gotten an email, but when I go to Home Depot, they offer the option to use PayPal at the checkout lane. However, you have to be signed up, and I never bothered to look into how to do that.

As you're spending your own money with PayPal, why wouldn't use just use your debit card (or debit Mastercard/Visa)?

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.
