If you want to hide your identity and make business by using a non-reversible payment system like Bitcoin you must provide additional security for your customers by using (Multisig-)Escrow. Another option is to send the products first and your customers pay after receiving them. Otherwise only fools will do business with you.

Many thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately, we don't know any 3rd party that would allow multisig escrow on such an automated basis.
