I have 2 800 gh ASIC tubes connected to a Block Erupter Ethernet controller.  Today I was replacing power supplies (for more efficient ones) and when I turned everything back on my block erupter ethernet controller no longer responds.

I use the default 192.168.1.254:8000 for statistics and, sadly, can not get the device to respond to even a ping.

I know enough about them to set them up and jumper them, etc.  but how do I troubleshoot the controller?  Do these things just go bad?  Often?

Any ideas?

Will the controller respond (normally) with nothing but an ethernet cable connected it to it?  I've tried connected, disconnected, using the reset button, etc.  If you have a suggestion that may help me figure out what is wrong I would appreciate it.
