I don't believe there is a public one.
Either way such a list really would no be accurate as everyone (potentially) has a different trust list so one person could show as being a scammer to one person and as very trustworthy to another (although this is rare). Additionally the fact that you are not on the default trust list means that anyone that you have given a trust rating to will have a different trust score that others see by default.
I just found this out today. Sent my first feedback (negative) and the poster had a higher negative number right after I left the comment. I have no trust, so it was simply because I left him negative trust. Nobody else will see his score jacked up from me negging him. Didn't know that I could light up posters in red for my eyes only.
Well anyone that has you on their trust list (directly or indirectly) will see the rating you gave this person.
Besides being an idiot in giving out trust ratings and/or in your posts, there is no way that I know of to make sure no one has you on their trust list.
