We have an official exchanger Business with perfect money and we need about BTC150 to improve our service.
We pay your money + 10% after 60 days.
We use bitstamp for determinate the value of lend in fiat.
We really need this money to create a moneygram/western union office.
We have already office it is just money we need as backup in our bank.

Wait wait, it's a business that exchanges bitcoin with perfect money... Or is it western union? Or is it Moneygram? What's this domain that's worth over $30K that you own?

Most likely a scam, seeing there's a very small chance he has a domain worth 150 BTC, or even a domain worth 1 BTC. Show it to a trusted user otherwise stop trying.
