BFGminer settings advice

i can not find why i only have 30 khs if the card can make 200mhs.

Is bfgminer and i must use that.
Is a XFX R5 230 VGA card. But is not so important.

Did someone did have the same issue before??? And how you fix it. Thanks.

i try both remove first shaders then remove TC
