Try BitMinter. There's no fee, you can adjust the donation percentage as you please.

And for beginners I'd argue it's the most user-friendly pool/miner to get started on. So check it out. Smiley

Ozcoin has two different methods: double geometric without fee and PPS with 5% fee.  Has anyone tried both and can share which one is better?
