Load Balancing Mining Proxy

Hi guys,

I'm using the stratum proxy on a machine and I basically want to point all my miners to this proxy and then have that do load balancing so I can split it off in 1Th chunks to different pools/workers...

I have 40Th that needs breaking down but it seems that I can only do failover with this proxy unless i am missing something...?

Any ideas?
