Brito calls Bitcoin a "proof-of-concept." I suppose it is in the same way that Tim Berners-Lee's HTTP is an experimental message format. Sure, Bitcoin is still beta and has some planned development ahead, but Bitcoin has proven itself pretty well.
Any significantly advanced cryptocurrency is indistinguishable from Ponzi Tulips.

Old.  But it's a good interview.  The subject is very knowledgeable.  You can probably find a version with sync'd audio, though.

Isn't bitcoin still beta software? I would say proof of concept is a good description...soon to be a bit of an understatement though.
Hardforks aren't that hard. It’s getting others to use them that's hard.
