Firstly download good defragmenting software, like this one - http://www.piriform.com/defraggler, or use your existing defragmenting software. And then set up it to run daily after you start the computer. After several days you will see that your computer works faster.  Grin

For anyone who has a SSD, do not do this. It will reduce the life of your drive and offer no benefits.
