I use Intersango, and have found them to be very helpful, they have kept me informed at all stages of the process on the one occasion there has been delays.

I am another person waiting on a deposit that has vanished somewhere between my account and theirs. No response to my support ticket.

I don't know how this will pan out, but for the moment I would say avoid sending them any money.
