I don't think the channel itself will be in your target area. (My videos were beauty videos) but yes, selling my Adsense along with it. As soon as you start posting videos again, the ads will start to populate clicks.

Yes, selling my adsense along with the account. The videos (4 of them) are beauty related, however, you can delete those and upload your own. Then  you'll be receiving ad revenue.

I got a full time job and just stopped having the time to film and edit videos. It was fun while it lasted, though!

why not just keep it, and just outsource the work for editing part lol.

It's not the editing part, it's finding the time to actually sit down and film myself. I haven't had time since 2011 really, that's when I entered the real "work force".
