Fellow Forum Member,
I have a dedicated Armory Online PC and a dedicated Armory Offline PC and I hope someone can clarify for me the Armory Cold Storage work flow I need to follow. Mainly does exporting 1 bitcoin from my Blockchain.info wallet to convert to cold storage need to begin from my Offline Armory PC?  Or does it need to begin from within the Online Armory PC? Since my goal is to store my 1 bitcoin in my Offline Armory PC wallet in cold storage does this mean there is no need to setup an Online Armory PC wallet? I hope someone can clarify for me what are the correct wallets I need to setup for transferring my 1 bitcoin from my Blockchain.info wallet to cold storage. I'm confused as whether the Receive process need to begin from my Offline or Online Armory PC. If anyone can post what is the best Armory cold storage tutorial I could follow it will be much appreciated. Thanks.

You simply create a wallet and get an address on the offline machine and then send your bitcoins to that address (with a typical Bitcoin transaction).

As I mentioned in your other thread, you may want to familiarize yourself with the software involved (Armory and Bitcoin Core) before sending any bitcoins.

Holliday,
Thanks for your postings in both of my threads. And thanks for clarifying that the Receive a Bitcoin process needs to start on my Offline PC and not my Online PC. To clarify, I already have my Bitcoin Core setup and showing a green check mark so this means it's synced to the Bitcoin Blockchain. In addition, when I launch my Armory it has no problem syncing up with my Bitcoin Core client. In short, I'm ready to start transferring Bitcoins into my offline PC. However, what is still foggy is the watch only wallet. I understand the watch only wallet gets created in my offline PC and then somehow transferred to my Online PC. It tells me what my balance is on my Offline PC while I'm on my Online PC. But where I'm confused relates to the task of creating a wallet in your Offline PC and then deleting the wallet followed by rebuilding it. Is this task performed on my watch only wallet or a regular wallet?  Any comments welcomed.
