The requirement for joining our issue is at least TWO of the following:
o You hold a minimum of 5,000 shares of CPA (this will be verified).
o You have one or more issues on the GLBSE
 o A 97% or better OTC rating
o Donator to bitcointalk.org and hero member
o You can remain on IRC or make it to IRC for special meetings

So I could simply donate to bitcointalk.org, get on IRC, and become a board member? Seems a bit easy... Perhaps the 5,000 shares should be a mandatory requirement.

Investing 550 BTC or the equivalent of a used car into a "company" somewhere on the internet only to be in their board? Roll Eyes

Being a donator is significantly cheaper though... and an issue on GLBSE also only costs 8 BTC.

https://www.coinlend.org <-- automated lending at various exchanges.
https://www.bitfinex.com <-- Trade BTC for other currencies and vice versa.
