Hello, I'm planning on creating a bitcoin web-service in which an user deposits bitcoins to an online wallet, then he publishes an ad and a certain amount is subtracted from his wallet; if certain requirements are met, his bits are sent to another address (or probably multiple ones), else, his bits go back to his (online) wallet. Obviously, the user will be able to send his available bitcoins out of that wallet into another one, whenever he pleases.

I'm a bit new to bitcoins, and I'm not a professional programmer; so sorry if the following questions might seem dumb, or if the answer is easily found out there in the web (I've looked, I swear!):

  • How can I accomplish something like this? My guess is that I'd have to link the hypothetical service user's account to some sort of online wallet. Is that right?
  • If I am asking an user to deposit to a certain address (linked to his personal wallet/user account), there are obviously trust issues involved, since the site is new, etc... Is there any trusted service which could provide every one of my user's account with an online wallet, in a way in which I (I being an automated system) can do transactions with them? (Obviously trust issues still remain, but I guess they are not that bad)
  • Lets say, for instance, localbitcoins, how do they provide each of their users with their online wallets? Does localbitcoins only have one main wallet and they provide each of their users with an unique address belonging to that wallet? Or is each wallet unique? (Like if you made one with Electrum, for instance). Or do they do something like what I asked in question number 2: use an external provider?

I hope my questions were clear enough and you can help me out, I'd deeply appreciate it. Thanks!

Are you trying to do something like an Ad network ? There is some like a-ads or Adbit.co (Yes they are Bitcoin Advertising networks) .
For your first couple of questions , well yes you should use Blockchain.info API or BlockTrail.com (You can get free T-shirt for using that) and when you are asking people to deposit , I guess you can also use BitPay API . which basically generate a new adress for each "someone" trying to deposit . Good luck on your project .
