Coins xferred from CampBX disappear, never make blockchain...

Sent coins to this address about four hours ago

Coins were deducted from my bx account.  As you can see no coins were transmitted to the blockchain.  I have attempted contacting campbx but have been ignored so far. 

Anyone have any ideas on how to get in touch with them or what to do to resolve this?

I've had this happen before and they eventually went through.  Pretty sure they handle transactions offline.  So your request is queued and the coins are actually sent later by another process (hopefully one that is not normally internet connected or is heavily firewalled).

If you sent it from CampBX and the other user is CampBX it may not show in the blockchain.

That's one of the reasons I don't like most web wallets. They often are community wallets where who has what is kept in a database by the company running the web wallet. That makes it harder to track your payments without their help.

The other user is not campbx.  I have xferred money to them several times, it has always shown up in blockchain, and it has never taken this long.  Not even close.  Campbx has put the coins in transit immediately.  Something is wrong this time and it is annoying that it is impossible to get any customer service on this.
