How do Moderators mark a post As correct if there are multiple report?

Lets say someone make a thread of gambling in bitcoin discussion

User A reported to mod
User B reported to mod
User C reported to mod

how will their report being mark?

will the user A's report being mark as correct report or all 3 user's report will be mark as correct report?

Slightly off-topic: Can mods of other board delete Newbies' posts or they can only do if someone reports it? If first one can be done, can they ban a Newbie?

I believe only patrollers can delete newbies posts or nuke them site-wide and they don't have to be reported. If you're just a local mod you probably can't do it outside of your jurisdiction unless you're a patroller as well (like Eal).

Thanks! I asked because I haven't seen patrollers getting promoted(maybe because I am too new) but since you were promoted, I was curious to know whether you could do, in addition to current ones, the same thing you did earlier.
