I guess the black market is direct consequence of not paying, nothing else.

I started a thread a while ago to find out if someone knew anything about this company, turns out nobody does.

Just noticed they haven't paid divs for the last few weeks and have been moved to GLBSE Black.

Uh oh, what's up with UDN?

I avoided it partly because I couldn't find a thread in here about it.  The site listed in the contract looked flaky and very low traffic.  This gave me the impression it was a low-budget operation with little commitment from the operator.

Not sure if those things make it a scam, but non-payment puts it a whole lot closer.

Did you try emailing the operator?

Hrm, I hadn't even noticed this company until you pointed out it is now in the DeathMarket.

Who sets up a whole new forum just to post information about a mining company share? A simple static webpage would have been better.

It might be a tip-off that something is fishy when there are typos in the contract. And who puts a smiley in a contract? I wouldn't touch those shares with a ten foot pole.

I've placed it there because attempts to contact the issuer for the last month have failed. There is suspicion that the funds were in BS&T as dividend payment stopped when it closed down.

I'll wait a couple of days before releasing what information I have on him.

I don't think so, a lot of the bad stuff is clearing or has been cleared out, whats left and what is being added is of much better quality. As people start to figure out that giving money to an anonymous person is a terrible idea they're going to stop doing it.

In this line of thinking, is there any way to view securities listed as X or better. Selecting pink or better would display everything but black market stocks. White or better would exclude pink and black markets.

Also, the distinction between new with the ability to move to white or blue markets eventually and securities that will never be able to advance may be a handy feature.
