Built a dual hex core Xeon rig for my son to use in finishing his degree in multi-media. He changed gears, swapped me for my laptop and left me with an uber power rig that I use to check email and manage a website, meaning it is terribly underutilized with 24 threads available and I'm noodling through web pages with it. He still has a Tesla K40 and a pile of DDR3 ECC mem from another work station that I had given him that I could swap out for the SLi set up that's in this one now, or maybe run both if he's no longer using it. Need to do some more due diligence.

Hate the Feral Reserve and politicians so bitcoin was like a light to a moth. Heard some jackwad Senator was trying to legislate it and turn it over to the Fed for safe keeping? Obvious maroon who doesn't realize the irony of his idiocy, but that just made the bc trip all the more imperative. I just don't like politicians telling me what I can and cannot do, especially since they hold themselves above and beyond the law while doing it, but I digress.

Still much to learn.

Do some ROI math but most likely you will pay more in electricity then you could  mine.

As far as "Hate the Feral Reserve and politicians so bitcoin was like a light to a moth".  I think you will see most don't have this thoughts.   For max profit it works within the laws not as a anti-goverment device.  That is just my opinion though.
