Dear Friends,

in late 2013 I had many Bitcoins collected on 50btc,
During a holiday I find out that some were stolen during a hack on the 50BTC server.
Later 115 Bitcoins remained, but within some hours someone payed out another 26 btc... so about 88.62820547 Bitcoins remained in the pool on my account.
I requested a payout but never got It they asked me for a proof, like Screenshots, what I have send... value was in that Time 95,000 Euros !!!! With about 115 BTC
After sending all my information my Miners data and screenshots  the 50BTC.com Group has deleted ALL and reset my account to ZERO !
Since this I send them regular emails, asking if they made any legal steps against the hackers, if theirs is an insurance, IF and WHAT I may get back.

These coins were a base income for me and I am in big trouble since this time !

Anyone out there able to help me or having similar experiance ?
Any Help would be great.
Here a copy of my last emails to them:

Dear 50BTC - Team,

it is now more than one year ago since your server was in trouble and I was cheated and more than 100 Bitcoins have been stolen from my account.
In that time the price was more than 3 times the value of each coin so I lost not just the chance for great profit but I trusted your system and mining pool and I lost ALL !!
For more than one year I am asking you to help me…
AND you promissed me after sending my details, screenshots and all to compensate my loss.

I did not expect to get ALL but at least 10-50 %
After I have send my screenshots and all my informations to show that my claim is based on facts I never got any reaction back.

Did you make any legal steps against the hackers ?
Did you thought about the trouble people like me who trusted in your pool are still having due to the loss of a lot of coins and MONEY ?!?!

I had about 115 Bitcoins
of which 26 where stolen immediately and the last 88 Coins
were purely just DELETED by you after I have required my payout to protect it from another hack on your servers.
As a victim I am not just shocked that I lost nearly 100,000 Euros !!! But also that YOU did not do anything to help me !
To compensate my trouble by at least booking back on my account my 115 Bitcoins or at least the last shown 88 !!!

I´am disappointed  so much,  did you planned any legal steps against the hackers ?Did you have an insurance ?
Iam desperate by this loss and asked you many times to at least send me 50 %… even here nothing happened.

50BCT.COM - Team  WHAT is goind on ?

So I once again ask you to book back in my 50btc account

or even better to protect my coins  to my Wallet-address

Once again, I do not expect the 115 Bitcoins, I understand the trouble you hat with the attacks of 2013.
BUT at least 50%, 25%, 20%  Whatever !!!!
I meanwhile even had to sell some of my old Miners just to survive...

So please !!!

Please find attached my old Screenshots

Thanks again, again, again for any Coins you can send me back !

Yours
Franz

Am so sorry to hear that but seems like you will not get anything from them.

They are complete scam , there are several(all ) people reporting that they were never able to withdraw their Bitcoins.

Still hope , they give you something back.

He hasn't been online since  10 jul 2014 and doesn't seem to be responding to any mails either.

The first thing you should of done is find out the location of where they were running at and find the owner directly and either have you or someone you know talk to him in person. That way they can't make up excuses or put it off as easily. Now that it's been a year your odds of being repaid are probably close to 0%, especially if they deleted all your records. You should of taken legal action the second your account was deleted.

I'm sorry to hear that, but my question is How could you keep that much amount of btc in 3rd party server?
And I believe you'll not get what you have lost back,

I'm sorry for you. but:

And have as many BTC on third-party servers, without direct control is simply, I'm sorry, damn stupid.

I see absolutely zero chance of getting something back.
