Will go first to trusted members, escrow will be used with anyone I don't trust enough.

I did not buy them but exchanged them for my air miles. Gift cards were delivered by GiftCardMall.com
Gift card page they emailed me also contains my full name.

I have sold some cards to trusted member Wardrick recently without any issues.

You can get 85% here and you don't need the physical card:  http://www.abcgiftcards.com   (assuming they are legit of course).  I have used them many times with "e-gifts" (no physical card) obtained from CC points etc.

as far as i can tell abcgiftcards does not take btcBTC

I checked it out. But they only offer check in mail. It would take too much time to get those funds into bitcoin.
