Wealthy$ evading his ban

The user wealthy$ was informed that he should not post outside of meta unless it is to appeal his ban[1] and proceeded to open a thread [2] to appeal it that was denied. He has since created a thread outside of meta[3] to try to sell his accounts.

Do what with this information is appropiate.
