Help building mining rig

Hi all,

I would like to build a mining rig. My current desktop gets 8.5 MH/s, which is outrageously horrible. I would like at least 400 MH/s. My price range is below $500.

Can anyone recommend anything? I tried checking bitcoin.it, but those motherboards were out of stock. My desktop psu is only 300 watts, so I can't really buy a new gpu.

I prefer 7970 and 7950 but i think you need 400-500 W psu.
