I know that many people received paypal funds with this type of account but they often have problems with withdrawing due to one verification or another.
Adding cards or bank account with the account might help.

The buyer will get only email +password of a verified paypal account? Which country are your accounts from?
I never buy stealth pp accounts but I see some guys selling them below $10.
Some users here selling them for $15-35.
And they usually give more info about the account, such as country, age, limit etc.
