The problem with PTC sites and faucets is the quality of the traffic. almost as bad as artificial traffic = worthless. that's why they don't accept those sites

Bitmedia is have some problem with their approval, as far as I see there are a lot people have trouble with that, but this worth if you have an approved.

Maybe you can try to make a bitcoin news site or something site which worth than faucet or PTC.

I think bitmedia declines site if the faucet on the front page. must have some meaningful content on frontpage, and faucet like add page on site
