I decided to exclude CryptoNoteCoin (reference implementation) since it's not really intended to be a proper coin.

The most important thing to me about Monero is it has active developers and community.

So 32 votes so far and it seems that Monero is way ahead. Actually I was expecting to see Monero at number 1 so no surprises there. However, the size of the gap between first and second place is surprising.

I was wondering why Boolberry's market cap was so low the other day. The coin has jl777 behind it and is an integral part of SuperNET but the market cap is less than the price of a used Audi.

Interesting to see no votes for Bytecoin too. Traditionally it was Monero's biggest rival.

You left the only real opposition to Monero off the list.  The Shadow project has taken cryptonote to another level by building it on top of the bitcoin blockchain.

CZ is still around though. CZ has been working on Louis D'Or a lot recently, but it's not like he's abandoned BBR at all.
