I buy BTC in cash and in person (Southern California). I pay 70% of the bitstamp value in person.
If you are not near Southern California and still would like to sell your BTC without having to go through a 3rd party website that can disappear overnight. You can send the BTC and I will Western Union you the cash. You can send small amounts to start with.

Every few minutes lots of BTC is generated out of thin air and poured into the market. BTC value will continue to decline. Copycat coins will take over.
I predict BTC to trade below $80 by Jan 1st 2016. And I am usually right in my financial predictions.
