email never received for resetting password

hello i have been trying to access my password through forget password but for some reason it's not sending the password recovery email to my email address.

Can I ask you which email provider are you using (gmail, outlook, gmx, mail, etc..)? Have you checked the 'spam' aka junk folder in your email address?A lot of times these type of email are "discarded" and send to those folders.

Edit: is this the account (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=488177)? I suggest you to create a new one instead to recover the access of it (if you will can't recover it).

thanks for your response! email provider is hotmail (@live.com).
yes that is the account. I want the account because I like the name and there's the PM I have to access.
i checked spam folder but nothing still.

@live and @hotmail you have to manually add the site to whitelist or it won't even appear in your spam. I had the same issue.
