Thanks Yoddler and Factory for your comments on potential legal issues.

I will certainly check them (once again). This will however not effect the competition (at least the first part):
1) The author of the logo selected by the bitcoin-app.com users will be awarded with 1 BTC.
2) Another 1 BTC for the author of the logo that I do finally make the new bitcoin-app.com logo.

(1 and 2 might be the same)

I did not utilize the 'f', however retained similar characteristics of the facebook logo. So it should appear familiar to users without violating fb's usage conditions.
Colors are not exactly facebook colors (can be adjusted on request).


Created with Inkscape, so available as fully scalable vector graphics (svg).

dec won, and as he ask me to donate the Bitcoin to this forum I just did it. Here's the transaction id:

If they don't agree, I will go for the second place. Another very nice logo that somehow also won when we take it as a member of the logo-class that was submitted by its author.
