[WTB] local ~1 BTC with my $250 cash; Pittsburgh

Took a gander at localbitcoins, there's 1-2 listings. But looking for other options as well.
I'm currently located in Oakland, PA 15213. (Pittsburgh, PA) My method of transportation is via public transportation so I'm quite limited in traveling.

Looking for ~1 BTC for market/preev price.
Got ~$250 CASH.
